The Tidal Raves Story

Since opening its doors in 1990 by owners Jon and MaryLynne Hamlin, Tidal Raves has been committed to bringing an outstanding dining experience to your table.

Jon is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and utilizes over 30 years of experience in leading our staff. The Head Chef, Jeff Brieger, also holds a culinary degree and the lead service staff offers extensive customer service experience and a Certified Sommelier.

In 2006-2007, the property underwent a major remodel, a project that was guided by local architect, Arnold Bondley.  The remodel has allowed us to provide customers with additional offerings in a more comfortable atmosphere.

As always, our long-standing commitment is to prepare and serve the finest dishes, wine and cocktails in a warm, knowledgeable, and friendly manner.
